Attempt on India and Pakistan

The bombing of the Hindu temple a couple of days ago (in which no group claimed responsibility) to me is no coencidence that it comes only days after the U.S. gives India advanced nuclear technology and know how. All of a sudden a bomb goes off in the main Hindu temple? The U.S. would love to see India and Pakistan go at it.
